WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK OUT OF STOCK PRINTS?

Sign up for the email restock notification on an individual listing to be the first to know when it comes back! We try to restock as often as we can make them -- some seasonal and exclusive prints may not restock.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

I PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS TODAY. CAN YOU COMBINE THEM AND REFUND MY SHIPPING?

Unfortunately at this time, to reduce errors on our end and in an effort to ship quickly, we cannot combine orders or refund multiple shipping charges.

HOW DO I WASH MY HEADBANDS?

All of our headbands are machine washable on cold cycle. We recommend placing in a garment bag to keep separate. Air dry to keep your headbands lasting as longer!

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We process and ship orders in the order/time they are received. We begin shipping next business day and ship M-F. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to ship, however we try to always get them out sooner! 

Once your order has shipped, First Class mail is typically delivered in 2-5 business days.

CAN I DO LOCAL PICKUP SO I DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Yes! This option is available at checkout. Local pickup is available at Indie Gift House in Peoria, IL during their regular store hours. You must wait until you receive a notification that your order is ready to pick up before coming, otherwise it will not be ready yet. Most orders are ready within 24 hours. You must select local pickup at checkout otherwise your order will be shipped.

MY TRACKING HASN’T MOVED IN A FEW DAYS AND IT SAYS ARRIVING LATE. DOES THIS MEAN IT’S LOST?

USPS sometimes faces unexpected delays. Please reach out to your local post office for any shipping questions. If you have Route Shipping Protection, you can file a claim for lost mail for a replacement. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail if you do not purchase the shipping protection.

MY PACKAGE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. 

Tracking is provided through USPS, therefor if there are any issues with tracking or packages not received, this will need to be handled directly with your USPS office. If you have Route shipping protection, you may file a claim with them for a replacement. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail if Route Shipping Protection is not purchased.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship worldwide. All of our shipping rates are calculated based on location. Add your address in at checkout to see what the rate is. All currency is listed in US dollars.
